What ICF credential pathways does CMA offer?

CMA NZ is ICF-approved at Levels 1, 2, and 3 — giving you a structured, recognised pathway from your first credential through to mastery.

ACC
Level 1
Associate Certified Coach

Graduates of the Foundational Advantage meet the education and mentor coaching requirements to apply for the ACC with the ICF — the first globally recognized coaching credential.

PCC
Level 2
Professional Certified Coach

After Foundational Advantage, you can continue to Competency Advantage (ICF Level 2). Graduates of this level meet the education and mentor coaching requirements to apply for the PCC, the second of three globally recognized ICF credentials.

MCC
Level 3
Master Certified Coach

Mastery Advantage (ICF Level 3), which follows Competency Advantage, provides the education and mentor coaching required to apply for your MCC credential with the ICF. The MCC is the highest of three globally recognised ICF coaching credentials.
