Is this training recognised by the ICF?
Yes. Coach Masters Academy's Professional Coach Training is ICF Level 1, 2, and 3 Approved, meeting ICF standards for each level.
Can I apply for ACC, PCC, or MCC after completing this programme?
Each ICF credential corresponds to a different level of training:
  • After Foundational Advantage (ICF Level 1), you can apply for ACC
  • After Competency Advantage (ICF Level 2), you can apply for PCC
  • After Mastery Advantage (ICF Level 3), you can apply for MCC
At every level, graduates meet the ICF education and mentor coaching requirements. Each credential also requires logging the required coaching hours and passing the ICF knowledge assessment.
Is the training suitable for NZ time zones?
Yes. Live online sessions are scheduled for NZ time zones, and in-person training is delivered in New Zealand.
Is this suitable for organisational and leadership coaches?
Yes. CMA's approach — grounded in reflective practice, systems thinking, and relational awareness — is highly relevant to organisational contexts.
How do I choose the right ICF pathway?
Level 1 for new coaches and leaders. Level 2 for deeper skill. Level 3 for mastery. Book a free clarity call if unsure.

What certifications will I receive?
On completing Foundational Advantage, you'll receive your ICF Level 1 Professional Coaching Certificate from CMA. This means you've met the education and mentor coaching requirements to apply for the ACC credential with the ICF. To complete your ACC application, you'll also need to log the required coaching hours and pass the ICF knowledge assessment.
Is there an academic qualification pathway?
Yes. CMA offers a Graduate Diploma with the Asian Institute of Management — combining coaching mastery with academic recognition.
